Reminder of Conditions

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to board with priority.
• An accompanying person may travel for free, under certain conditions. Contact our customer service to learn more.
• The wheelchair must be secured using proper anchoring devices.
• The passenger in a wheelchair must wear the provided safety belt.
• In the event of non-compliance, the driver is authorized to refuse boarding or request that the passenger sit in a regular seat without assistance.
