How to proceed
Buy your transport box and pay the fees
Come to Expedibus at least 1 hour before departure to get your transport box and pay the required fees.
The transport box is preferable in order to better protect your bike from possible impacts during travel.
It is possible to purchase the following items at the Expedibus counter:
Transport box: $15, this service not available at Ottawa, Gatineau and Hull.
We accept to transport the foldable multifunctional push cart. Only the transport fee of 15$ is required.
Disassemble and pack your bike
Remove your front wheel and turn your handlebar in order to pack your bicycle.
Foldable bicycles can be transported in a special transport bag if you have one, according to the same conditions as regular bicycles.
We also transport multifunction foldable strollers. A flat transport fee of $15 is required.

What you Need to Know
Insurance
Insurance can be offered according Expedibus’ conditions (the maximum insurable value is $1000). In case of a claim, a proof of purchase or quote will be required.
Correspondence
During transfers on our network or in interconnection with another carrier, the bike will go through the courier service and the driver will take care of the transfer.
A bicycle sent as a parcel is subject to the same prices and conditions as any other parcel.
Montréal-Trudeau Airport
If you have a round trip planned to Montréal-Trudeau airport, you will be able to purchase transport for your bicycle (15$ + taxes). The service agent will provide you with a waybill which you will affix to your package.
Street stops
In the event that you board at an on-street stop and do not have the equipment to pack your bike, the driver can provide you with a bike bag and the transportation fee will be paid at the next stop if time permits or at the transfer point.
